Dubai and Arabic Support, Here We Come
Scaling Under Fire: Growth didn’t come easy - it came through hard work, adaptability, and maybe a little caffeine overdose.
We opened a presence in the UAE, adding Arabic support and diving into new cultural markets. New market = new challenges: language training, regional compliance, and dialing into local nuances. We nailed it.
2023 – Fast Lane Forward
We went full throttle. Serving 450+ clients, managing 550+ projects, and growing our team to 450+ juggling CRMs, AI, and tools without dropping the ball.

Pandemic Pivot (and Golden Growth)
Resilience Personified: COVID tried to knock us down - but did we flinch? Nope. We picked up our phones and delivered.
Despite COVID chaos, this became our golden era. Project volume exploded, nearly doubling our size in a year. We delivered for 350+ employees, 180+ clients, and completed 400+ projects earning our spot as a top appointment-setting partner across major platforms.

Establishing Industry Leadership
Scaling is no walk in the park - culture alignment and cross-border coordination are a glorious mess of controlled chaos. But we rose above the pandemonium and emerged stronger.
With multiple new offices, we cemented our status as an appointment-setting industry leader. Scaling introduced complexity culture alignment, cross-border coordination, and those delightful pains of real growth. But we thrived.
2016 - 17
From Appointments to Closers Down Under
Selling down meant equipping closers with the tools to succeed - so we built teams and juggled CRMs like pros, with Zoom & Google Meet as our trusty sidekicks.
We leveled up by launching closing services, building full-fledged teams for the Australia and New Zealand markets. The challenge? Equipping closers with the right toolsa CRM juggling chore! But between Zoom and Google Meet, and multi-role CRM platforms, we prevailed.
2014 - 15
Space (and Life) Expands
Hustle with Humor: From coffee-fueled mornings to multi-armed juggling acts, we've been through it all.
Growth hit fast. We needed more elbow room literally. So, we relocated to a bigger office to support our expanding teams in the UK and Germany. With expansion came new joys: more people, more coffee, and a few more walls to eventually fill with whiteboard scribbles.
